- To deliver a service of the highest quality that will sustain and improve the person s overall quality of life.
- To ensure that each persons needs and values are respected in all matters including religion, culture, race, ethnic origin, disabilities and impairments.
- To ensure the care service as a whole is delivered in accordance with the ag reed contract of care.
- Manage a controlled formal programme of staff planning, selection, recruitment, training and development to enable the pers on needs are met.
- The service will be run efficiently and effectively to make best use of our resources and to maximise value of money for the people.

Townfield Care is a family owned care provider based in East Lancashire. We have Residential Care Homes in Great Harwood, Clitheroe and Rishton.
We also operate Home Care throughout Hyndburn, Ribble Valley, Rossendale and the Burnley area.

This afternoon Joan & John helped make the Autumn wreath for the front door we added some light to it ..the pictures don’t do it any justice’s as it’s really nice .
Ribble Valley Care Home - Big thankyou, to our families, friends, residents and staff for supporting our MacMillan event! The refreshments were lovely! We all joined in a themed quiz, with prizes for the winners! Together we raised a whopping £162.00 for MacMillan! Massive thanks to everyone! 👏☕️🍰
Ribble Valley Care Club - we really enjoy our 1-1 time with residents, walking and talking is just the tonic!
